Inventory Clerk Sacramento
Under the immediate direction of the Property Management & Central Receiving Manager, this position supports the goals of Property & Receiving Services by providing inventory functions. Duties include the maintenance of property accounts and inventory records; clerical tasks such as making data entries for equipment acquisition, transfer or salvage; preparing property reports; and typing and filing of various records and reports. Incumbent also conducts physical inventories; moves equipment, furniture, and supplies, and may operate motor vehicles in the process of moving equipment and furniture from one location to another.

Under the supervision of the Senior Associate Vice President Health Services, this position is responsible for administratively assisting Student Health, Counseling & Wellness Services (SHCWS) in the coordination of all billing services including review of tickets and files to upload to student accounts, reversing and correcting charges, reviewing of appeals for charges and communication to the student regarding appeal process. Additionally, provides support and coordination of payroll and timekeeping, scheduling and special projects as assigned, included but not limited to Immunization input and contact for holds placed on student accounts. Assists with mail distribution and subpoenas, regulatory compliance and accreditation standards. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational and time management skills.
