| Sacramento State is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Director of Business Development and Special Program Operations to lead the business infrastructure, revenue generation, event operations, partnerships, marketing, and fan engagement strategy for Combat U and other assigned Athletics initiatives. This high-impact position will develop revenue-generating events, cultivate sponsors and community partnerships, oversee budgets and operations, supervise marketing and communications staff, and help transform innovative programs into financially sustainable, highly visible experiences. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and decisive leader with experience in business development, event operations, revenue generation, sponsorships, athletics administration, or a related field. Evening, weekend, holiday, and occasional travel may be required. |
