Graduate Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator Sacramento
The Graduate Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator works in the College of Business (COB) under the Executive Director of Graduate Programs (EDGP). The incumbent reports directly to the EDGP with the focus on graduate programs. Graduate Programs and business needs are subject to change; therefore, programs assigned to this program may vary from time to time. The Graduate Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the analysis and daily operations of the recruitment and admission processes, management and implementation of recruiting and outreach events, outreach to on and off campus partners, data collection through a variety of sources, and preparation of reports that document, analyze and measure the impact of recruiting and admission strategies in all graduate programs. The Graduate Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator will participate in the development and implementation of COB policies and procedures, manage the team responsible for primary communication with prospective students and applicants, and will have direct contact with off-campus constituents. This position provides strategic outreach and recruiting efforts at the local, regional, national, and international level to promote the graduate programs and to increase enrollment in all graduate programs. This position creates a strategic recruitment plan and designs and implements student recruitment/program promotion and events.
Project Analyst (Two Positions) Sacramento
The Project Analyst is primarily responsible for coordinating the design and construction process on campus projects. This position often requires conceptual design, space planning, and renderings to be generated for evaluating project feasibility, meeting with Architectural and Construction teams to provide project oversight, ensuring project documentation is completed in a timely manner, maintaining historical project information, and representing the department and/or acting as a liaison with project stakeholders on campus. A Project Analyst will need architectural design and construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team on developing scope, schedules, and budgets for projects of various sizes.

Casual Worker- Gallery Preparator Sacramento
The University Galleries at Sacramento State is interested in hiring a part-time gallery preparator to assist with art handling and exhibition installations. The position is project-based (approximately 120 hours every 2-3 months) and works with a small team of gallery staff and students to prepare the galleries for exhibitions. Responsibilities include receiving and installing artworks, deinstalling artworks, packing and shipping artwork for return, exhibition lighting, display building, among other tasks. Experience in proper art handling protocols for various media and installation techniques is required.
