The Senior Compensation & Classification Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that university positions are accurately classified and equitably compensated in alignment with CSU Classification & Qualification Standards, systemwide salary schedules, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable laws. The Senior Compensation & Classification Specialist reviews and evaluates position descriptions; conducts internal and external market analyses; manages classification reviews, reclassifications, and in-range or skill‐level progressions; provides guidance on organizational structure and job design; and supports decision-making that promotes consistency, fairness, and competitiveness in compensation practices across the campus. |

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Title IX Hearing and Administrative Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the hearing processes related to Title IX complaints of sexual misconduct and sexual harassment conducted systemwide on the 23 CSU campuses. The Title IX Hearing and Administrative Coordinator assists in ensuring and promoting a fair, impartial, and respectful environment for all parties involved in the hearing process. The incumbent will work closely with the Systemwide Senior Director, campus Title IX Coordinators, parties, Hearing Officers, and hearing advisors on hearing-related activities including scheduling, logistics, and coordination of participants.
